Training course at Netjets Headquarter
10 Members of the GAS FBO Team had a personalized Customer Service training in NetJets Operations Headquarter in Lisbon. The team had a two full-day course covering standard service procedures for arrival and departure, uniforms and appearance, passenger handling role plays, group exercises and customer service soft skills. The training was tailored to the airport requirements and regular passengers to ensure personalization.

Celebrating the UAE / Dubai Airshow 2011
The Dubai Airshow is an excellent opportunity for GAS to meet with our customers. GAS will attend the Dubai Airshow in the United Arab Emirates again this year. The show which is the most important aviation event in the middle east will run from November 13th through 17th.

New General Aviation Terminal at Cologne
As of September 5th, 2011, the new General Aviation Terminal (GAT) will be in service and the old GAT in the security/cargo area will be closed.
All departing and arriving passengers have to go through the new GAT where also the security check and passport control will be performed . Therefore you do not have to pass the Checkpoint at Gate A (“Tor A”) anymore but turn before Tor A towards the new facility (follow the red line on the map). The new GAT can be reached through airport car parking “P5” only. Enter car parking “P5” and proceed to the GAT parking where you have to exchange your parking ticket to gain access.
CAS Cologne Aviation Service Concierge will meet departing passengers at the lobby. We will guide you through the facility to and from the aircraft, as well as provide for the airside transport. Our reception office and waiting lounge is located o the 1st floor, just opposite the staircase/elevator. Aircraft parking will remain at present area, the V apron adjacent to our operations building.
